The UMKC School of Medicine’s B.A./M.D. program offers a nationally recognized 6-year dual-degree program designed to immerse students in an integrated curriculum consisting of liberal arts, basic sciences, and clinical medicine. Our goal within the Office of Admissions and Recruitment is to support prospective students, promote our programs, and foster an environment of continued excellence within our world of medicine.

Please note that this information session only covers content within the School of Medicine associated with the B.A./M.D program. It will include a comprehensive presentation, an opportunity to speak with current students/staff/faculty, and a tour of the medical facilities. It does not include a general campus tour, housing tour, or standard undergraduate admissions presentation. To schedule a visit to main campus, please review the options here.

Your Roo+SOM visit will include this BA/MD information session as part of the program. This session is designed to accommodate families who are unable to attend the full Roo+SOM visit.
