The Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHS) is part of the School of Nursing and Health Studies, but it is not a nursing degree. The BHS degree blends coursework with service learning, volunteerism and a senior internship, which prepares students for a variety of careers in health or for a post-graduate education.

The Bachelor of Public Health (BSPH) degree offers a comprehensive science-based curriculum that includes the physical, biological, behavioral and social aspects of health, preparing students for a wide variety of careers in public health or to pursue post-graduate education.” The BSPH degree is not a nursing degree.
