Graduates of UMKC's Pharm.D. program have the training needed to successfully complete national and state licensure exams and work as a pharmacist. The Pharm.D. degree requires at least six years of college – two years of prerequisite courses and four years of professional study. Incoming freshmen typically start as pre-pharmacy and apply to the Pharm.D. program while in college.

An additional option is the Early Assurance (EA) Program, which allows qualified, high-achieving students who are admitted to UMKC directly from high school and meeting set standards, the ability to assure a seat in the competitive Pharm.D. program.

The UMKC Pharmacy School has campuses in Kansas City, Columbia and Springfield.

*You will be able to visit both the Volker and Health Sciences campus during this visit!

Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
