As a transfer student, you likely have many questions about the transition to UMKC and what steps need to be taken to properly apply, get admitted, and enrolled in courses. The Office of Admissions and Academic Units offer transfer consultations, which are an opportunity to meet one-on-one with an Admissions Counselor or Academic Unit Representative to discuss and plan your transition to UMKC. If you have specific questions regarding your intended major/program, it is encouraged to reach out directly to the department that houses your major/program (UMKC Academics) or to schedule a major-specific transfer consultations.
